Chief Daniel Chimezie Okeke PhD is clearly a resourceful and inspiring leader who has over the years impacted the lives of his constituents. As a resourceful leader, Chief Daniel Okeke is a man who is and has always strived to bring out higher levels of engagement with his people, driving peak performance, and ultimately helping them to achieve their goals and dreams for a developed and democratic society.
Over the years, the renowned Philanthropist has provided a sense of vision, purpose, mentorship, and inspiration to so many people in his constituents and Abia State at large. Dr Daniel Okeke is an astute leader who has aroused in his people a hope for success and a belief in themselves. He has continued to positively empower his people to accomplish their goals in life. The evidence of this gentleman’s impact on Abians is not just innovative but tremendous to say the least.
permit me to give a conspectus of Chief Daniel Okeke’s innovative and impactful philanthropic gestures that he has blessed his constituents and indeed abians with. Come along with me on this glorious ride of the impactful achievements of a rare gem under the following heads:
EDUCATION
-To efface the dilapidated nature of the Ubila/Ametiti primary school environment in Ututu he built several classroom blocks.
-He also built ICT centers to prepare students ahead of the labour market demands, as the world approaches to be a global village.
-Over 400 students across Abia state enjoy scholarship courtesy of Chief Daniel Chimezie Okeke (Mezie Abia).
EMPOWERMENTS, EMPLOYMENT AND JOB CREATION
-Mezie Abia has been recorded as one of the highest employer of labour as he finds joy employing qualified Arochukwu / Ohafia people in his companies.
-As a man of influence he has attracted several jobs across the country and always sorts for his constituents as beneficiaries.
-Mezie Abia has over the years empowered so many youths by providing them with capital to establish or support their businesses
-He has also bought many motorcycles and grinding Machines for so many youths.
BASIC LIFE AMENITIES
-As water remain essential to man’s existence, Mezie Abia has dogged and constructed boreholes for his people.
-He also bought transformers to support power supply as its vital for a community growth.
-He played major role in the construction of so many road projects in the constituency e.g the St. Paul to Ubila road in ututu and so many others.
-He constructed road for his Community.
COMMUNITY GROWTH
– Years back Ututu were disregarded by her neighboring communities and many Government project always skip Ututu as a result of selfish representation, hence he constructed and furnished the new customary court building in ututu situated in Amasa Ututu.

SPORTS, SOCIAL AND CULTURAL ENHANCEMENT
-Mezie Abia knew the role of football in Uniting the community, enhancing progress of Ututu when he sponsored a 4yrs annual football competition which has a huge take home price and evidently this has been the reason many people come home for Christmas.
-A community is known by their cultural heritage, Mezie Abia has been a wonderful Pillar of support to our mothers as he always grace their annual August meeting , Ututu Day Celebration & have contributed to other well meaning projects.
RELIGION
-Just like biblical Daniel,Mezie loves and respect GOD so much and as a good Christian that has interpersonal relationship with Christ,he channels good sum of money in building churches, Donates money and supports so many projects in the house of the Lord irrespective of the denomination because a good Christian sorts after Christ not Church.
Mezie Abia built the Apostolic Faith Church edifice in Umuakatawo, Obingwa LGA Abia State.
Chief Daniel Chimezie Okeke has built, furnished and donated houses to less privileged and elderly displaced people in ututu Arochukwu LGA.
Meanwhile, Chief Daniel Okeke has not held any political office either by election or appointment this to say that all the above mentioned achievements was done with his personal resources.
if someone who has not held any political office can make such achievements there is no doubt that he will make an outstanding legacy if elected.
According to Suzy Kassem, “To know the good from the bad, study a man’s history of actions, not their record of intentions.” Chief Daniel Chimezie Okeke’s progressive achievements as enunciated above clearly marks him out as a good man. A good leader they say instills in his people a hope for success and a belief in themselves and as well a positive leader empowers people to accomplish their goals in life. Chief Daniel Chimezie Okeke has positively changed the lives of so many people. He is a true leader who has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions, and the compassion to listen to the needs of others. Dr. Daniel Okeke did not set out to be a leader, he became one by the quality of his actions and the integrity of his intent.
